Key-in Semester Genap TA 2024/2025

 

Assalaamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuh.
Sehubungan dengan akan diadakannya Key-in Semester Genap TA 2024/2025, maka kami dari prodi ingin menyampaikan beberapa hal:

  1. Mahasiswa Angkatan 2020, 2021, 2022, dan 2023 melakukan Key-in mandiri pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
  2. Mahasiswa Angkatan 2024 melakukan Key-in mandiri khusus mata kuliah tambahan/mata kuliah percepatan. Untuk mata kuliah wajib Semester II akan dipaketkan oleh Prodi.
  3. Sebelum melakukan Key-in, mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk melakukan konsultasi dengan Dosen Pembimbing Akademik (DPA) mengenai mata kuliah yang akan diambil pada Semester Genap.
  4. Mahasiswa diwajibkan menuliskan mata kuliah dan kelas yang akan diambil pada formulir konsultasi rencana studi (Unduh di sini) dan rapor hasil studi (Unduh di sini), kemudian ditandatangai oleh DPA.
  5. Soft file formulir diunggah pada Menu LOA – Perwalian pada https://simtekim-uii.id/ paling lambat hari Rabu (19 Februari 2025) pukul 12.00 WIB.
  6. Daftar mata kuliah yang ditawarkan dapat dicek pada link berikut: Jadwal Kuliah Semester Genap TA 2024-2025 (Mahasiswa).xlsx
  7. Jadwal Key-in untuk Teknik Kimia adalah hari Kamis (20 Februari 2025 pukul 08.00 WIB) s.d. Senin (24 Februari 2025 pukul 23.59 WIB).
  8. Semua permasalahan atau kendala dalam Key-in dapat disampaikan ke Telegram Sekprodi Teknik Kimia Program Reguler.
  9. Permohonan penambahan kuota kelas dapat dituliskan melalui link berikut ini: Akses di sini. Penambahan kuota akan diberikan pada hari Jumat (21 Februari 2025) pukul 06.00 WIB dan hari Senin (24 Februari 2024) pukul 08.00 WIB.
  10. Jadwal revisi key-in adalah hari Rabu – Kamis (26 – 27 Februari 2025).

Dear All IP Students,

The Second Semester of Academic Year 2024/2025 is arriving, you shall prepare for picking up the right courses for yourself. Here are some important things you must know and do.

  1. Students from the 2021, 2022, and 2023 batches must complete the key-in process themselves according to the scheduled timeframe.

  2. For students from the 2024 batch, courses are pre-packaged, with the option to add additional courses from the 3rd or 4th semester.

  3. You can check the offered courses in here.

  4. Before completing the key-in process, you must have a consultation session with your Academic Supervisor (Dosen Pembimbing Akademik) regarding the courses you plan to take in the upcoming semester.

  5. Download the key-in template file and list the courses you have chosen. Then, obtain approval from your Academic Supervisor by having them sign the document. Save the file using the format: Student ID Number_First Name_Semester_Keyin (e.g., 21521001_Fajri_5_Keyin).

  6. Download the Study Report template file and enter your study results in the green-colored rows. Save the file using the format: Student ID Number_First Name_Semester_Report (e.g., 21521001_Fajri_5_Report).

  7. Log in to your account at https://simtekim-uii.id/, switch to the English version by selecting the flag in the upper right section of the dashboard, then go to LOA (Learning Outcome Assessment) and select “Advisory.” Upload both the Key-in and Report files here.

  8. The key-in period starts on Thursday, February 20th, 2025, at 8:00 AM, and ends on Monday, February 24th, 2025, at 11:59 PM. If you encounter any difficulties, you may contact me via WhatsApp during working hours.

  9. The revision period for key-in is scheduled for Wednesday–Thursday, February 26th–27th, 2025.
