Key-in Semester Ganjil TA 2024/2025

Assalaamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuh. Sehubungan dengan akan diadakannya Key-in Semester Ganjil TA 2024/2025, maka kami dari prodi ingin menyampaikan beberapa hal:

1. Mahasiswa angkatan 2020, 2021, 2022, dan 2023 melakukan Key-in mandiri pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

2. Sebelum mahasiswa melakukan Key-in, diwajibkan untuk melakukan konsultasi dengan DPA mengenai mata kuliah yang akan diambil pada Semester Ganjil.

3. Mahasiswa diwajibkan menuliskan mata kuliah dan kelas yang akan diambil pada formulir konsultasi rencana studi (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1b0PlMrAm2-oxTWxDHz9rf8VBuHuDUQ31/edit) dan rapor hasil studi (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/169D535hUAEPwEf1nBXUb7AW_vM2w9z7o/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=106035509219017532715&rtpof=true&sd=true), kemudian ditandatangai oleh DPA. Soft file formulir diunggah pada https://simtekim-uii.id/ sebelum hari Jumat (30 Agustus 2024) pukul 12.00 WIB.

4. Daftar mata kuliah yang ditawarkan dapat dicek pada link berikut: (Mahasiswa) Upload Jadwal UII Gateway_Sem Ganjil 2024-2025.xlsx

5. Key in dimulai hari Selasa, 3 September 2024 pukul 08.00 WIB dan diakhiri pada hari Rabu, 4 Agustus 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB. Key in dibuka selama 24 jam, namun aduan mengenai kendala key in hanya dilayani saat jam kerja.

6. Semua permasalahan atau kendala dalam Key-in dapat disampaikan ke Telegram Sekprodi Teknik Kimia Program Reguler dan permohonan penambahan kuota kelas dapat dituliskan melalui link berikut ini: https://forms.office.com/r/KujWB6nc1w.

7. Jadwal revisi key-in adalah tanggl 6 September 2024 pukul 08.00 WIB dan berakhir pada tanggal 9 September 2024 pukul 16.00 WIB.

Dear All IP Students,

A new Odd Semester 2024/2025 is arriving, you shall prepare for picking up the right courses for yourself. Here are some important things you must know and do.

  1. Students Batch 2021, 2022, 2023 shall do key-in by yourself according to the schedule.
  2. You can check the offered courses in here.
  3. Prior to do key-in, you shall get a consultation session with your Advisory Supervisor (Dosen Pembimbing Akademik) regarding the courses you are about to take in the incoming semester.
  4. Download the keyin template file and write down the courses you choose, then ask for Supervisor approval by signing the document, save the file as Student ID Number_First Name_Semester_Keyin example 21521001_Fajri_5_Keyin.
  5. Download the following Study Report template file, fill in the the green-coloured rows with your study results, save the file as Student ID Number_First Name_Semester_Report, example 21521001_Fajri_5_Report.
  6. Login to your account at the https://simtekim-uii.id/, choose the English version by selecting the flag on the right upper section of the dashboard, select LOA (learning Outcome Assessment), then select Advisory. Upload these Keyin and Report files here.
  7. Schedule for key-in starts at Friday, August 23rd 2024 until Monday, August 26th, 2024, online for 24 hours. If you find difficulties, you may inform me through whatsapp during the working hours.
  8. Schedule for revision of key-in start Weds, August 28th, 2024 at 8.00 am untill Thursday, August 29th, 2024 at 23.59 pm.
