Key-in for the First Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu 

Dear All IP Students, 

The First Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026 is arriving, you shall prepare for picking up the right courses for yourself. Here are some important things you must know and do. 

  1. Students from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 batches must complete the key-in process themselves according to the scheduled timeframe. 
  2. For students from the 2025 batch, courses are pre-packaged. 
  3. You can check the offered courses in here. 
  4. Before completing the key-in process, you must have a consultation session with your Academic Supervisor (Dosen Pembimbing Akademik) regarding the courses you plan to take in the upcoming semester. 
  5. Download the key-in template file and list the courses you have chosen. Then, obtain approval from your Academic Supervisor by having them sign the document. Save the file using the format: Student ID Number_First Name_Semester_Keyin (e.g., 21521001_Fajri_5_Keyin). 
  6. Download the Study Report template file and enter your study results in the greencolored rows. Save the file using the format: Student ID Number_First Name_Semester_Report (e.g., 21521001_Fajri_5_Report). 
  7. Log in to your account at https://simtekim-uii.id/ , use your student number as username and password (ex: Username: 24521300; Password: 24521300). Switch to the English version by selecting the flag in the upper right section of the dashboard, then go to LOA (Learning Outcome Assessment) and select “Advisory.” Upload both the Key-in and Report files here. 
  8. The key-in period starts on Monday, September 8th, 2025, at 8:00 AM, and ends on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, at 11:59 PM. If you encounter any difficulties, you may contact me via WhatsApp during working hours. 
  9. The revision period for key-in is scheduled for Thursday – Friday, September 11th and 12th, 2025.
