Pengumuman Pendaftaran Ujian Pendadaran Semester Ganjil Periode Februari T.A. 2024/2025

Assalaamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuh

Pendaftaran pendadaran dibuka setiap saat dan akan ditutup 2 minggu sebelum pelaksanaan dimulai.

Pendaftaran untuk periode Februari 2025 dibuka sampai Kamis, 30 Februari 2025 Pukul 16.00 WIB.

Bersama ini diumumkan bahwa:

Ujian Pendadaran dilaksanakan secara offline/luring sesuai dengan tanggal pendadaran yang tercantum pada Kalender Akademik Prodi.

Syarat-syarat untuk dapat mengikuti Ujian Pendadaran antara lain sebagai berikut:

  1. Naskah pendadaran dalam format pdf yang dilengkapi dengan lembar pengesahan yang sudah ditandatangani oleh semua dosen pembimbing.
  2. Softcopy bukti telah melakukan key-in Tugas Akhir di UIIGateway.
  3. Softcopy blanko konsultasi tugas akhir (minimal telah melakukan 8 kali konsultasi).
  4. Telah Tutup Teori dan tercantum pada UIIGateway.
  5. Softcopy nilai CEPT CILACS-UII dengan nilai minimal 422 atau sertifikat mengikuti CEPT Camp.
  6. Softcopy Kartu Hasil Studi (KHS) yang memuat nilai Ujian Komprehensif, Kerja Praktik, KKN, dan Penelitian dengan nilai minimal C dari UIIGateway. Nama dan NIM wajib terlihat pada hasil tangkapan layar.
  7. Softcopy bukti surat keterangan telah mengumpulkan laporan penelitian dari Program Studi atau surat keterangan telah mengikuti seminar hasil penelitian dari panitia Seminar Penelitian (ISChES).
  8. Softcopy Ijazah SMA. Halaman depan dan belakang ijazah wajib terlihat pada hasil tangkapan layar.
  9. Softcopy Akte Kelahiran.
  10. Softcopy Surat Tugas Dosen Pembimbing Tugas Akhir Perancangan Pabrik (SK awal – akhir). Untuk pengguna SIMTEKIM, cukup mengunggah bukti Surat Tugas Dosen Pembimbing terbaru.
  11. Pembayaran pendadaran dilakukan setelah mendapatkan kode bayar yang akan dikirimkan melalui email masing-masing setelah masa pendaftaran pendadaran ditutup. Hal ini berlaku untuk semua mahasiswa, baik yang menggunakan SIMTEKIM atau tidak menggunakan SIMTEKIM, dan tidak ada pembayaran melalui SIMTEKIM.
  12. Softcopy foto resmi berwarna latar belakang warna biru UII dengan format jpeg (sesuai dengan ketentuan berikut ini: (https://fit.uii.ac.id/blog/2024/02/22/ketentuan-terbaru-tentang-foto-untuk-ijazah-dan-transkrip-akademik/).
  13. Softcopy bukti pembayaran SK Tugas Akhir dari awal s.d. akhir.
  14. Softcopy bukti prestasi akademik/non-akademik, seperti sertifikat menjuarai lomba, sertifikat menjadi pembicara dalam seminar, naskah paper jurnal yang ditulis, dll (jika ada).
  15. Setiap peserta pendadaran tidak diperkenankan membawa Process Flow Diagram dengan ukuran A0, cukup dengan ukuran A3 sebanyak 3 lembar.

Pendaftaran Ujian Pendadaran dilakukan secara online dengan mengunggah dokumen-dokumen persyaratan pada link: https://forms.gle/bYbcWvDcDegWy3Ws5 sesuai dengan format nama dokumen di Lampiran 1 dan contoh gambar di Lampiran 2.

Bagi mahasiswa yang menggunakan SIMTEKIM, wajib mengisi Google Form terlebih dahulu. Setelah mendapatkan instruksi dari Prodi, silakan mendaftar pendadaran pada SIMTEKIM dan melengkapi berkas pendadaran pada SIMTEKIM

Mengingat bahwa pendadaran dilakukan secara offline, hal-hal berikut ini harus diperhatikan:

  • Mahasiswa harus selalu menaati protokol kesehatan.
  • Mahasiswa yang berhak untuk hadir di kampus adalah peserta pendadaran sesuai dengan jadwal.
  • Mahasiswa menahan diri untuk tidak melakukan selebrasi (berkerumun, foto bersama, dan sejenisnya).

Announcement of Registration for the Final Examination of Odd Semester February Period Academic Year 2024/2025

Assalaamu’alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuh

Registration for the final examination is open at any time and will close 2 weeks before the examination begins.

Registration for the February 2025 period is open until Thursday, February 30, 2025, at 16:00 WIB.

Hereby, it is announced that:

The Final Examination will be conducted offline in accordance with the examination dates listed in the Academic Calendar of the Program.

The requirements to participate in the Final Examination are as follows:

  1. Final Examination manuscript in PDF format, accompanied by a signed approval sheet from all supervising lecturers.
  2. Softcopy proof of having completed the Final Project key-in on UIIGateway.
  3. Softcopy of the consultation blank for the final project (minimum of 8 consultations).
  4. Completion of Theory and listed on UIIGateway.
  5. Softcopy of CEPT CILACS-UII score with a minimum score of 422 or a certificate of participation in the CEPT Camp.
  6. Softcopy of the Academic Transcript (KHS) containing grades for Comprehensive Examination, Internship, KKN, and Research with a minimum grade of C from UIIGateway. Name and Student ID must be visible in the screenshot.
  7. Softcopy proof of a letter of acknowledgment for submitting the research report from the Study Program or a letter of acknowledgment for participating in the research results seminar from the Seminar Committee (ISChES).
  8. Softcopy of High School Diploma. The front and back pages of the diploma must be visible in the screenshot.
  9. Softcopy of Birth Certificate.
  10. Softcopy of the Assignment Letter for the Final Project Supervisor (initial and final SK). For SIMTEKIM users, simply upload the latest proof of the Supervisor Assignment Letter.
  11. Payment for the final examination will be made after receiving a payment code, which will be sent via email after the registration period closes. This applies to all students, whether using SIMTEKIM or not, and there will be no payment through SIMTEKIM.
  12. Softcopy of an official color photo with a blue UII background in JPEG format (according to the following requirements: (https://fit.uii.ac.id/blog/2024/02/22/ketentuan-terbaru-tentang-foto-untuk-ijazah-dan-transkrip-akademik/).
  13. Softcopy proof of payment for the Final Project from start to finish.
  14. Softcopy proof of academic/non-academic achievements, such as certificates for winning competitions, certificates for being speakers at seminars, written journal papers, etc. (if any).
  15. Each examination participant is not allowed to bring a Process Flow Diagram larger than A0; only A3 size is permitted, with a maximum of 3 sheets.

Registration for the Final Examination is conducted online by uploading the required documents at the link: https://forms.gle/bYbcWvDcDegWy3Ws5 according to the document name format in Attachment 1 and the example image in Attachment 2.

For students using SIMTEKIM, it is mandatory to fill out the Google Form first. After receiving instructions from the Program, please register for the final examination on SIMTEKIM and complete the examination documents on SIMTEKIM.

Considering that the examination will be conducted offline, the following points must be observed:

  • Students must always adhere to health protocols.
  • Students who are allowed to be present on campus are those participating in the examination according to the schedule.
  • Students should refrain from celebrating (gathering, taking photos together, etc.).
